When placing your orders we will need the following information: - If it is already a quote, Quote # -Purchase order -Desired delivery date -Delivery address and/or instructions -Signed approvals for all medium and large orders (orders will not be sent to production until receipt of approvals from your customers.) When you are placing orders and you do not have specific addresses, please try to provide landmarks and or directions, as they are very useful for our drivers who are not familiar with certain areas. It is also helpful to let us know the condition of the sites (small sites, muddy, tight street, busy street, etc…). It helps us organize our deliveries and what kind of truck to use when making deliveries. Once your order has been place, on medium and large job, we will send you an approval book, which includes:List of truss types, layouts and/or 3D drawing, individual truss engineering and approval sign off sheet. Some medium orders we may only require you to send us a signed layout that was provided with your original quote.
